Conscious Napping has 2 different ways of delivering content: - 6 Core Courses focus on specific issues, with content distributed over 7-55 days, depending on the course. These include stress, sleep, pain, weight, smoking and chewing cessation. Once delivered, all modules remain available to the user. We suggest completing one course before starting another. - 3 Wellbeing Programs focus on financial, physical, and emotional/mental issues. Most modules are less than 10 minutes. RecoverWell is a surgery preparation and 28-day post-surgical recovery program for patients. Your organization's logo appears on the home page, and you can customize and change this welcome message. Customized digital marketing programs are available to educate and inform your employees and patients. Back-end reporting provides anonymous data for Course and Program results. For medical professionals, individual patient results may be made visible. This not only illustrates the efficacy of Conscious Napping but also allows for valuable information for future areas of focus.
