The Surgery Preparation program is designed to be used from 4 weeks up until the day of surgery to prepare you for your procedure. Once enrolled, you’ll find it under My Programs.
Wait to enroll in the Surgery Recovery Course until the day of your surgery and follow the instructions. We know you’ll want to peak, but it is important to wait until the day of your surgery because this course delivers new content everyday and periodically asks survey questions. If you enroll early and start too soon, you won’t get the most benefit from the program, as it works very differently than the Surgery Preparation Course. To be successful with this program, it is important to follow the 28 day schedule after your surgery.
