Roberta Fernandez, Founder and President

Welcome to Conscious Napping®, a platform for personal wellbeing and positive transformation. We are constantly expanding to help people develop the mental models that increase personal performance and lead to a happier and healthier life.

Designed specifically to tap into the most powerful part of the mind, the Conscious Napping platform was created to empower individuals to use their natural, often undiscovered, resources to intentionally address areas of their life that they want to change and improve. Using proven techniques of guided visualization and reinforcement, these programs are the culmination of over 20 years of experience, testing and training from the fields of education, organizational change, and development.

With a rich career and expertise in education, corporate training, organizational change and emotional intelligence, these programs have been perfected and refined, and leverage experts in the field, the latest research on the neuroplasticity of the brain, the power of the imagination on health and well-being, and the interconnectedness of the mind, body and spirit. I am an Integrative Emotional Intelligence Specialist, an NLP Master Practitioner, a corporate trainer in Organizational Change, a board-certified hypnotist and instructor, and a student and practitioner of mindfulness and meditation.

I invite you on a journey of personal development and transformation – to awaken your potential, take control, and live the life that you imagine.
