In this program you will find many modules that assist in improving your physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. Mental wellbeing refers to your cognitive processes: what you are thinking, behaviors and habits. Emotional wellbeing refers to what you are feeling and how you express those feelings.
Some examples of issues that are addressed would be work issues, confidence, motivation, procrastination, optimism, resilience, and overcoming fears. There are modules that assist with learning the benefits of mindfulness, learning to understand and balance your emotions, feeling better about yourself, longer meditation modules, and more. There are also modules that help address physical issues like headaches, comfort and promoting a healthy body.
