In this program you will find many modules that assist in improving your emotional and mental wellbeing. Mental wellbeing refers to your cognitive processes: what you are thinking, behaviors and habits. Emotional wellbeing refers to what you are feeling and how you express those feelings.
Some examples of issues that are addressed would be work issues, confidence, motivation, procrastination, optimism, resilience, and overcoming fears. There are modules that assist with learning the benefits of mindfulness, learning to understand and balance your emotions, feeling better about yourself, longer meditation modules, and more.
Some modules stand alone, some are bundled together, and some are sent to you one at a time. You can listen to modules in this Wellbeing program, with any of the other Wellbeing Programs, or with our Core Courses.
