Welcome to the Recover Well Program! This program is designed to help you better manage your stress, pain and sleep to create the best environment for your mind and body to heal. You will open this App first thing every morning to listen to new modules, for a period of 28 days. Every morning until your discharge, a staff member will fill out a short survey on what you experienced in the past 24 hours. You'll be able to see how well you are learning to stay relaxed, enjoy a greater level of comfort, and to sleep better. You'll be able to continue to use these new skills forever to maintain a better state of wellbeing. After the Recover Well program is over, you will or have received instructions on how to continue to listen to these recordings and many other new programs in the same Conscious Napping App.
