At Mercer, we’re committed to helping you lead a healthy and rewarding life. Conscious Napping helps you develop the mental models to address stubborn issues like weight and tobacco use, relieve stress and manage pain, achieve a more restful sleep, and more. Conscious Napping also addresses 3 areas of wellness: Physical, Financial and Emotional/Mental. You can use these programs separately or in conjunction with the core programs. Conscious Napping is private and convenient for you to use. Programs are bilingual (English and Spanish) and consist of a series of modules and assignments that will guide you to reach specific goals. You can download these modules to your computer or mobile device, or listen to them online, in a place and time of your own choosing. You’ll be alerted when the next one is available. You can access your personal library over and over again and participate in the others after you complete the one you've chosen. Choose any of the programs offered here, and with practice, you can develop positive new habits, take control of your life, release limiting beliefs, and create the change you desire.
