Welcome to Conscious Napping®! This is a pilot program designed to assist in improving your physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. Mental wellbeing refers to your cognitive processes: what you are thinking, behaviors and habits. Emotional wellbeing refers to what you are feeling and how you express those feelings. When listening to Conscious Napping modules, please be sure to sit in a comfortable, safe place where you can give your your complete attention to the recording. Do not listen to them while driving or operating any equipment. We ask that you take the survey by the date your teacher has given you to help us improve these programs or to be able to create more on topics that you'd like to address. We are also sponsoring a contest to name this program for high school students. You can submit your title on the survey and have the chance to win a $50 gift card to Pizza Luce.
